Service AreasGuts and Glory TENNIS, LLC is based in Suwanee, GA. We happily provide service to anyone in need of quality stringing services, but our FREE pick-up and delivery services are limited to a defined service delivery area.
Effective June 2008 we have added conditions to our FREE pick-up and delivery service. These conditions have been added due to the increasing fuel cost to help us avoid any price increase for our stringing customers.
1. Weather - We now make the majority of our pick-ups and deliveries with the use of our ultra-cool and fuel efficient motor scooter. We only provide this service on days in which the weather allows us to safely ride. For safety reasons, when the weather is inclement we do not provide pickup and delivery service.
2. Friday Limits - We now proudly service over 700 local stringing customers and that number continues to increase! We have noted a sharp increase in requests for service on Thursday and Friday. Due to the shear volume of requests for racquet service, we are not able to provide full pick-up and delivery services on many Fridays. We are still able to service customer racquets before the Saturday matches, but in many instances customers will need to travel to us to drop off and pick up their racquets.
3. Multiple Racquet Quota - Sadly in order to continue running our pick-up and delivery service efficiently, we need to institute a minimum racquet requirement. To qualify for FREE racquet pick-up and delivery service we need to string at least 2 racquets from each pick-up site. (Can be from same family, family and friends...be creative!) If only stringing one racquet, a small service fee of $2.00 - $3.50 (depending on distance traveled) will be added for customers using our service. The multiple racquet quota does not apply to customers residing within 4 miles of our shop.
We still proudly service all neighborhoods in our service delivery area. The majority of these neighborhoods are located within the blue circled area of the map below.
We also provide limited pick-up and delivery service to some customers outside of the blue circle and in the pink circle for a service fee which can vary from $4.00 - $6.00 depending upon the total distance of the trip. Racquet Drop-OffGuts and Glory Tennis is a home based business. Because we are out frequently performing racquet pick-ups and deliveries, we do not have regular office hours. We strongly prefer that you call and make an appointment if you prefer to drop off/pick up your racquet. This also allows our Technician to meet you and talk with you about your racquet and your stringing preferences.

I - 85 North or South to Exit 111, Lawrenceville Suwanee Road (Hwy 317)
(Turn left if traveling northbound, turn right if traveling southbound)
Turn right on Satellite Blvd. (2nd light, WalMart plaza)
Take Satellite approximately 2.3 miles. Turn left onto Summit Gate Drive.
You will come to a stop sign. Proceed straight. You will immediately see a traffic circle, take 3rd right into The Registry
Take first right onto Sentry View Trace.
Continue straight to cul-de-sac. Guts and Glory Tennis is located in the first house in cul-de-sac on the right hand side of the street, 3655 Sentry View Trace.

Knot NOW! - Instant Service/Instant GratificationWhen it has to be NOW, our "Knot NOW!" service is designed especially for you. This premium service is available by appointment only.
For a fee of $7.50 added on to our regular pricing, we will schedule a personal stringing appointment. During this time you may drop off your racquet and enjoy the area shopping attractions at the Mall of Georgia or the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Suwanee. Within 30 - 60 minutes your fully customized racquet string job will be complete and ready for pick up. Alternatively you can join us in our stringing paradise and witness the magic as we give your racquet our premium service. You will be walking out the door with a freshly strung racquet in hand in well under an hour.

Racquet Stringing from AfarSo you don't live in our pick-up and delivery area, eh? That measly fact should not detour you from having your racquet serviced by us. We offer stringing and racquet services by mail. Yes, that's right. All you need to do is send your racquet to us, along with your complete contact information, string choice and desired tension. We will then then string your racquet according to your specifications or contact you if additional information is needed.
The exact moment your racquet is received the service work is performed. We then contact you upon completion to confirm your shipping address and collect your payment information. Your racquet is then shipped back the same day, when possible, and the following morning at the very latest. We provide DISCOUNTED return shipping via the USPS. We pay $3.00 of return shipping costs. For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
When shipping USPS Priority Mail, we suggest shipping your racquet in its thermal cover. Two Priority Mail boxes taped together create the perfect mailing solution for those concerned about how to box and ship the racquet. Best of all, these boxes are available to you from your local post office for no charge.
We have customers outside of our delivery area who reside in Atlanta and Athens (and as far away as Arizona ) who take advantage of this service. If a metro Atlanta or Athens area racquet is mailed in the AM, it usually arrives by 2:30 the following day. The requested service is performed and the racquet is back in the mail no later than 8:30AM the following morning. Customer receives her/his racquet the next day. Let's take a closer look at this typical timeline.
1. Customer breaks string during weekend match. Mails racquet Monday morning.
2. Racquet is received and serviced Tuesday afternoon.
3. Racquet is shipped back Wednesday morning.
4. Racquet is received by customer Thursday afternoon.
In many instances this timeline provides service as fast or faster than big-box retailers such as Sports Authority or Dick's Sporting Goods. Plus we offer our customers a full-time professional racquet care technician who personally services your racquet; a significant difference from a part-timer who may or may not understand the finer points of stringing.
NOTE: This is an example timeline that has been tested. It can not be guaranteed that the racquet will always move through the postal system this rapidly, especially during the holiday season.

On-Site Stringing ServiceDue to an overwhelming demand for our professional racquet care services we are providing an on-site stringing option for customers who reside outside of our traditional service area, but still within 15 miles of Suwanee.
This exclusive service is provided by appointment and is only available when our schedule permits. Here's how it works:
1. Call us at 404-246-1062.
2. We will discuss services to be performed, type of string, grips etcetera, and schedule a time to pick up your racquet(s).
3. We will pick up your racquet(s), service them and have them returned to you within a 1 - 2 hour period.
4. A surcharge to cover travel expenses will be added to our already low stringing prices for this service. (Surcharge will vary according to distance traveled and number of racquets being strung.) The surcharge will be discussed up front so the customer will know the cost of the service.
5. Due to transportation costs, customers using On-Site Stringing Services will not be eligible for any of our specials or sales.
