This is the same publication that last rated Signum Pro Poly Plasma as the top co-poly string. IMPORTANT NOTES: Because this string is so new, the manufacturer does not yet have the fancy packaging for the single sets. The early adoptors will win because we are reducing the price to $7.90 per set which is a virtually unheard of price for a top-of-the-line multi. Our post introductory pricing on these strings is projected to be $10.90 per set and $139.90 per reel.

PLAYTESTING: We strung our current racquet of choice, Yonex NSRQ7, with this string on 4/22/06 and had a DT reading of 38 off the machine. After 48 hours and 1.5 hours of light hitting court time, the DT measures 35, a loss of approx. 7% - 8%. Note that we do prestretch all of our multis prior to installation.
4/27/06: Played 2 more hrs. DT = 34. Tension loss total = 10 - 11%. Very comfy string providing good power and control.
5/3/06: Played one more hard hitting match. DT reading remains 34. No visible signs of wear, but I am not a frequent string breaker. Starting to really enjoy this string. More results on our playtest as they become available.

5/30/06: After 38 days, 7 matches and several practice sessions, the DT remained constant at 34. Had to remove the strings so that others could be used for playtesting.

INSTALLATION NOTES: Please be aware this string is lubricated by the manufacturer to reduce the chance of friction burn. One customer has reported this lubrication caused string slippage in clamps resulting in damage to the string. We recommend that you carefully check your clamps to make sure they are properly adjusted and make sure they have recently been cleaned prior to stringing. Also note we noticed a light coating, but experienced no slipping in the sets we have installed to date.
