Our Innovative Spirit
 One of the cornerstones of Guts and Glory Tennis is innovation. More often than not we make use of innovative concepts, techniques and products to deliver the highest quality services and goods to our customers. In many ways we are different and different is good!
Exhibit A: Our Business Model
We take great pride in the convenience we offer our customers. From 24/7 Emergency Racquet Stringing to free home/office pickup and delivery for racquet services, we are not afraid to deliver services outside of the traditional box. This flexible style of service creates an environment that meets the varying needs and schedules of our local customers. We are perpetually on call and stand ready to provide our customers with personalized service.
Exhibit B: Our Transportation
When gas prices jumped to over $2.00 per gallon we refused to institute a delivery fee or raise prices like many other home delivery/service providers. Instead we found a more economical way to continue providing the same services. We now deliver to many of our customers on our Yamaha Vino Scooter. This delivery machine gets 70+ miles per gallon and allows us to maintain our low pricing along with our responsive level of individual services. Pictured below you can see your favorite racquet technician along with his faithful sidekick posing on the footrail. Watch for John and "Mr. Zippy", the little red scooter, as they provide services to Guts and Glory Tennis customers in your neighborhood.
Exhibit C: Our Stringing Products
We only carry the highest quality tennis strings. We have personally playtested each string in our regular inventory and have a group of customers who assist us in playtesting potential new strings. Through this process we have determined that the highest quality/best performing strings are generally not those sold through your average tennis store, tennis coach or area stringer. Our inventory is hand picked, very unique and consistently outperforms the Gamma, Wilson, Prince and Head strings that are better known and carried by others. Some of these strings may offer retailers higher profit margins, but that's not the primary factor for us. Since we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all stringing services we need to offer the highest quality products and we do.
At Guts and Glory Tennis we intimately know our inventory, have playtested many strings on the market and are continually gathering feedback from our customers. Through this process we are uniquely positioned to give you first-hand accounts of how specific strings play and provide you with comparisons as to how they perform in relation to other strings on the market.
We were the first in the USA to import Signum Pro strings. These strings are now one of the hottest products on the market. We were nearly two years ahead of the curve in discovering these and importing them for our customers.
We were the first in the USA to import Topspin CyberFlash and introduce it to US Customers.
We were the first to identify and sell the Unique Big Hitter and Tournafiber strings which have since received rave reviews from USRSA members.
Now we are first again! This time as we introduce WeissCANNON string products which will revolutionize the way we think about co-poly strings going forward.
