Shipping Charges/Policies
 All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. The customer selects her/his preferred method when placing the order. If another method is preferred, i.e. FedEx, DHL, or overnight options, please contact our customer service representatives at 404-246-1062.
All orders received prior to 11:00AM EST will be shipped the same day (except weekends). We will make efforts to ship orders received between 11:00AM - 5:00PM EST the same day, but can not guarantee same day shipment for orders received after 11:00AM.
Priority Mail usually delivers in two days to most parts of the country, one day to Georgia. All Priority Mail shipments include Delivery Confirmation. If you prefer other shipping arrangements that include tracking, insurance, signature confirmation or overnight delivery, please contact our customer care representatives directly by telephone, 404-246-1062.
Please note that while Priority Mail is a lower cost alternative there are limitations. It is not insured. There is no tracking. Parcels will be left without a signature. In over three years of successful shipping via this method we have only experienced non-receipt of two parcels.
When shipping using Priority Mail, if there is a problem with the delivery of the parcel, please contact our customer service representatives immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. In the event the delivery confirmation number reflects delivery of the package, Guts and Glory Tennis will have fulfilled it's obligation of filling the order and shipping via the method chosen by the customer. For added shipping security including tracking and complete insurance we recommend selecting shipping via the UPS shipping option.

UPS rates are slightly higher than USPS Priority Mail but they do include tracking and insurance. In the event that any order is lost using this manner of shipping a replacement order will be immediately issued to our customer.

FAIR SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping prices have been set according to pricing standards of specialty online internet shopping sites such as ours. If you believe the shipping charges are clearly out-of-line please give us a call and we will review it with you and, if appropriate, make adjustments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We process VERY FEW international orders. All International Orders we do accept will require additional communication between the customer and Guts and Glory Tennis staff. If you reside outside of the United States, you must contact us to inquire about placing an order. The only countries we have shipped to outside of the United States include Australia, Canada and England.
Once an order is approved, it will be packaged and weighed. We will confirm shipping charges with the shipping service provider. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA A METHOD THAT INCLUDES TRACKING, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Once shipping charges are known they will be communicated with the recipient. Once final payment is received the order will be shipped.
NOTE: All international customers will be responsible for any import taxes applied by the country where the parcel is shipped or delivery fees assessed by the delivery service. |
