The Stringway Cross Stringing Tool is a critical component of the JET stringing method. It allows the stringer to install profiled poly-based cross strings with minimal friction which reduces notching. It also allows profiled strings to be installed with minimal twisting so that they perform precisely as designed.

The tool is constructed of durable aluminum and comes in two sizes. LD and HD. LD stands for "Low Density" and these are used for frames where the center mains have a distance of greater than 6" for the center 14 strings. The HD stands for "High Density" and this tool comes with two combs. One is used when the center 14 mains measure 5 1/2" - 6" and the second is for when the center 14mains measure less than 5 1/2" inches.
