Forten Aramid Gear
 Construction:Hybrid with main strings made of Aramid (same properties as Kevlar) and crosses of a soft synthetic gut. Advantage: Durability. The Aramid Gear main string combines the lasting durability of Aramid fiber with the sharp gear teeth that (according to Forten) "bite the ball..." for improved spin and control. The Sweet 16 cross string creates a more playable hybrid combination. Gauges: 16 Length: 40 Colors: Natural Why we carry this string: Kevlar/Aramid fiber strings are very harsh on the arm. They are typcially used for chronic string breakers who can even saw through durable poly in a few hours of play. We carry this as a string of last resort for our chronic string breakers. The reported spin is incredible if your arm can handle the pounding.
