In some instances we will be able to get your racquet turned around in plenty of time, with no additional fees. At other times, when there is a long line of racquets waiting to be vitalized, or if it is not during standard hours, we may still be able to assist, but an emergency stringing service fee of $10.00 will be added.

While Guts and Glory TENNIS, LLC attempts to respond to all calls, we are not always able to accommodate each specific emergency call. Emergency requests are handled based on work-load capacity and the availability of our technician.
