Thera-Band Flexbar

We first learned about the Thera-Band Flexbar when reading an feature article in the Wall Street Journal. After conducting some research and getting testimonials from tennis elbow customers who had success using this device for pain relief and strengthening we decided to bring a few in to see if they could help our tennis elbow customers.

The Thera-Band Flexbar come with light, medium and heavy resistance levels. The red is light, green is medium and blue is heavy. Currently our red and green bars have written instructions detailing exercises and proper use. You can also watch the YouTube instructional video which provides a visual demonstration for tennis elbow (pain on top of arm) and golfer's elbow (pain on bottom of elbow).
